The rules of Satoshi Baccarat
In truth, the rules of Satoshi Baccarat are no different to those you will find in traditional forms of the game. The difference is that the game has been designed specifically with Bitcoin players in mind.
As usual, the objective is to get as close to nine points as possible with your two-card hand without exceeding it. Each card has its own numerical value, with aces valued as one and picture cards (king, queen and jack) valued as ten.
If you have a picture card or ten in your hand, its value is subtracted from your points score. Therefore, if your hand was K-9, the ten points from the king would be removed to leave you with the perfect nine.
If your hand is, for example, K-Q, your points score is zero!
Both the player and the dealer get two cards face up, and it depends on the points tally displayed as to how the game progresses.
The third card in Satoshi Baccarat
There are three things that can happen after the cards are dealt in Satoshi Baccarat.
First, your total points score could be from zero to five. In this scenario, you will be dealt another card, and its value will be added to your points to give a total score.
If your points tally six or seven, you will automatically stand. Hopefully, your hand will be good enough to beat the dealer’s!
If you hit eight or nine, this is called a natural hand, and the round is over instantly. The winner will be the player or the dealer, whoever is closest to nine.
The rules for the dealer in drawing a third card are a bit more complicated and certainly worth knowing.
If the dealer’s hand is worth from zero to two, they automatically take a third card.
If they have a hand valued from seven to nine, they naturally stand.

How to Bet in Satoshi Baccarat
